UAGRO Market Privacy Policy

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) for visitors to the website/mobile application, in the version dated 02.03.2026, was adopted by the foreign enterprise "Vision Digital Groups" LLC (hereinafter — the Company), developed and approved to ensure the security and preservation of confidential data, and applies to all data that the Company may collect about the Buyer and/or Seller on the Uagro.uz domains (hereinafter — the Marketplace) from any device and through any form of interaction with the Company.

1.2. This Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement with the Buyer and the agreement with Sellers. By accepting or signing one of such documents, the relevant Buyer and/or Seller unconditionally consents to the processing of all data defined below as Confidential Information in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

Automated processing of confidential information — processing of confidential information using computer technology.

Blocking of confidential information — temporary suspension of the processing of confidential information (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify the confidential information).

Information system — an interconnected set of tools and methods used to store, process and transmit information for subsequent use.

Information about a legal entity — any information recorded in electronic, paper and (or) other tangible form, including but not limited to names of legal entities, contact details (mailing addresses, email addresses, phone numbers) and other information received by the Company from Sellers.

"Vision Digital Groups" LLC — foreign enterprise in the form of a limited liability company "UAGRO MARKET" (registration number: 3099580, TIN: 312741084). Legal address: Republic of Uzbekistan, Kashkadarya region, Nurobod MFY, 1-Islomobod street, house 31.

Confidential information — information whose confidentiality attributes are preserved in accordance with legislation and (or) internal documents of the Company, including personal data.

Marketplace — a website located on the Internet at https://uagro.uz/, an application (including for mobile devices) providing access to the "UAGRO" database.

Fraudulent actions — actions committed with malicious intent through deception and (or) abuse of trust, aimed at illegally acquiring the property (funds and other material assets) of the Company, Sellers and (or) other Buyers. These actions constitute a crime under Article 168 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and are prosecuted as provided by law.

Depersonalization of personal data — actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to determine the ownership of personal data to a specific data subject without the use of additional information.

Processing of confidential information — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without them, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of confidential information.

Personal data (PD) — any information relating to a specific or identifiable natural person, recorded in electronic, paper and (or) other tangible form.

Buyer — a legally capable natural person who intends to or has placed an order for remote purchase of Goods (works, services) from a Seller through the Seller's online store on the Marketplace.

Post office — a postal communication facility of Joint-Stock Company "Uzbekiston Pochtasi" through which Goods are delivered to Buyers of the UAGRO MARKET Marketplace.

Provision of confidential information — actions aimed at disclosing confidential information to a specific person or a specific group of persons.

Seller — an individual entrepreneur, legal entity or self-employed person engaged in the remote sale of goods to the Buyer through the Marketplace and registered on the Marketplace.

Distribution of confidential information — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons.

Cross-border transfer of personal data — transfer of personal data outside the Republic of Uzbekistan by the owner and (or) the Company.

Cross-border order — an order placed by a Buyer with a non-resident Seller through the UAGRO Market Marketplace, subject to international delivery and customs clearance.

Destruction of personal data — actions as a result of which the restoration of personal data becomes impossible.

3.1. The Policy applies to all Confidential Data that the Company and (or) its affiliated persons, including the Vision Digital Groups company group, may receive from the Buyer and (or) Seller during the course of their relationship with the Marketplace, as well as in the process of executing any transactions and agreements concluded by the Company with Buyers and (or) Sellers.

3.2. By using the Marketplace (viewing, reading, submitting or downloading data) and providing personal data, the Buyer and (or) Seller consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with this Policy.

3.3. The Company processes personal data by collecting, systematizing, accumulating, storing, clarifying (updating, modifying, correcting), using, distributing (including transferring), depersonalizing, blocking, and destroying.

3.4. The Company has the right to carry out cross-border transfer of personal data in accordance with the terms of this Policy and the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4.1. The confidential data processed by the Company in relation to Buyers and (or) Sellers may differ depending on how the Buyer and (or) Seller interacts with the Marketplace and whether they use a personal account to access the Marketplace.

4.7. Other data requested by the Company for the purpose of fulfilling obligations under the User Agreement and the agreement with Sellers.

5.2. By using the Marketplace, the Buyer and (or) Seller agrees that the Company may use statistical data and Cookie files for their subsequent processing and may transfer them to third parties for conducting research, performing work, or providing services on behalf of the Company.

5.3. The Buyer and (or) Seller may independently manage Cookie files by changing browser settings. Blocking these Cookie files as a result of changes in user settings may result in certain components of the Marketplace becoming inoperable.

6.2. If additional purposes arise or in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation, the Company may request separate consent for the processing of confidential information.

6.3. This Policy applies to Confidential Information received both before and after this Policy comes into force.

6.4. After the purposes of processing have been achieved, as well as in other cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of processing and protection of personal data, the personal data provided by the Buyer and (or) Seller shall be destroyed.

7.1. The Buyer and (or) Seller consents to the processing of their personal data for the entire period necessary for the Company to achieve the purposes of processing personal data.

7.2. The Buyer and (or) Seller has the right at any time to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by submitting a written application to: Republic of Uzbekistan, Kashkadarya region, Nurobod MFY, 1-Islomobod street, house 31, or to the email address info@uagroteam.uz.

8.2. The Company may also provide Confidential Data to its affiliated persons, including companies within the Vision Digital Groups group, exclusively for the purposes specified in Section 6 of this Policy.

8.3. To provide certain services, the Company may engage third parties. If such persons require access to Confidential Information, the Company controls that such access is limited to what is necessary for providing the relevant services. Such recipients include providers of: web analytics, data processing, advertising, email campaigns, payment processing, order fulfillment, and others.

8.4. Processing of confidential information is carried out both using automated tools and without them.

8.5. The Company has the right to provide the Seller with the Buyer's personal and other data in the volume necessary for the Seller to fulfil their obligations to the Buyer. This includes, but is not limited to, order processing and fulfillment, delivery organization, and warranty service.

8.6. The Company has the right to provide data of registered Sellers and Buyers to state, law enforcement and regulatory authorities for compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

8.7. The confidential data of the Buyer and Seller is not transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with applicable legislation, fulfillment of contractual obligations, and (or) processing of confidential data in the interests of UAGRO Market.

10.1. The Company has the right to make changes or additions to this Policy as necessary, as well as in cases where amendments are made to the applicable laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of protection and processing of personal data.

10.2. The Buyer and (or) Seller may at any time review the current version of the Policy. By continuing to use the Company's website/mobile application, the Buyer and (or) Seller confirms their agreement with the changes made to the Policy.

10.3. This Policy is drawn up in two languages having equal legal force: Uzbek and Russian.
